As a feat of elevated design, Cirrus will house a total of 226 residences—including 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and penthouses—across two towers. The mixed-use precinct is unique in that all apartments orient to capture the best northern light. Inspired by hotel and resort amenities, Cirrus will offer residents 24-hour access to gym and pool facilities, as well as a number of communal gardens. The building’s ground floor will be devoted to restaurants and commercial spaces open for public enjoyment.

Elegant, well-grounded and sustainable planning are united in Ambiente. The estate aims to minimise residents’ impact on the local ecosystem by cutting down energy usage. Water-wise landscaping, the capture and re-use of storm water, and the prolific use of drought-resistant greenery are some of the ways in which Ambiente aims to promote the conscientious usage of our natural resources. A range of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and terrace-style townhouses include designer kitchens, fitted throughout with stone bench tops and stainless steel appliances. Tiled balconies and courtyards lead out to spacious entertainment areas, some of which include pools and BBQs for family entertainment.

With more than 160 residences spread across a community of five buildings, Fusion is one of Per Se’s most ambitious projects to date. The sprawling estate includes a selection of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments—many with a study—and 3 bedroom townhouses. Fusion is located on the main thoroughfare for travellers to The Marketplace Gungahlin, which is populous in fashion, international cuisine, and medical practices. Fusion’s spacious street frontage offers a comfortable stroll to the nearby Mulanggari Grasslands Nature Reserve, where a number of walking tracks course their way through beds of native greenery.

A total of 66 residential apartments—including 1, 2 and 3 bedroom spaces—are formed around a central courtyard and landscaped garden. This focal space links Aspire’s residents to a social hub of on-site cafes and professional suites that occupy the ground floor. Residents may venture a short walk to the nearby Lake Burley Griffin, named in honour of the famed architect who designed Canberra, and admire the arresting water views through expansive windows that are fitted throughout the building.
